How should I compare products?

Review each Reduce listing's model, capacity, color and option before selecting a hydration bottle, coffee cup, children's vessel, barware item or replacement accessory.

When might it arrive?

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days after authorization; estimated transit is another 4–6 business days after dispatch. See Shipping Policy.

May I return an item with no defect?

Eligible new, unused goods may be returned after a change of mind or mistaken choice. Faulty, damaged, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods are reviewed too. Approved exchanges depend on available stock. Ask within 30 days after delivery.

Is a label charged?

No. A free prepaid label is included in the parcel. Get approval and the correct mailing address before use; contact us if it is absent. There is no restocking fee. See Refund Policy.

How does the refund work?

We initiate an approved original-method refund within 10 days; a provider can take longer to post it.
